Onsite registration for the 4th Annual FAA Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Symposium will be on level 400 of The Baltimore Convention Center. A government-issued photo ID will be required to claim your symposium badge.

To retrieve your badge, bring your ExpressPass confirmation, either printed or on a mobile device, to the onsite Badge Pick-up area, scan the QR code and present a government-issued photo ID to obtain your badge and symposium materials.

Your pass includes:

  • All Symposium Programming
  • Releasable Proceedings
  • Continental Breakfasts, Networking Breaks, Boxed Lunches and Reception

Full Conference Pass – Industry

This registration category is for anyone in the unmanned systems or associated industries.

Full Conference Pass – U.S. Federal, State or Local Government + Military + Public Safety*

This registration category is for U.S. Federal, state or local government employees, to include active duty members of the military. To register under this category, you must have a valid .gov, .mil or .org email address. You will need to present a government employee or military photo ID to obtain your badge and symposium materials.

Public Safety includes offices of police, sheriffs, EMS, fire service, hazmat and park rangers from federal, state, city, county, campus, and tribal agencies, and members of the armed forces.

To qualify, the recipient must work for the government, military, or a public safety agency, and will be required to show your Government Employee or Military ID at checkin-in for the event.

AUVSI reserves the right to refuse ineligible registrations.

*Contractors do not qualify for government registration and must register as Industry.


Registration Instructions

Step 1. Login/Password —

Click on REGISTER NOW and login to auvsi.org with your email and password. Click “Forgot your password?” if you do not remember your password and need to reset it.

If you do not have an AUVSI account, please click on “Create Account.” Enter your email address and click search. On the next page, enter your information to complete your account creation.

Step 2. Register —

Select your registration category and corresponding fee for the 4th Annual FAA Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Symposium and continue to the checkout page. Once completed, your registration will be confirmed by email from meetings@auvsi.org. If you do not receive a confirmation or receipt, please check your junk and/or spam folder.
