William (Bill) Stanton currently serves as the FAA Air Traffic Services Manager of UAS and Commercial Space Operational Integration. Air Traffic Services represents all operational facilities from ground control to high altitude en-route environments. Bill represents the operational arm of the Air Traffic Organization that manages UAS activity in controlled airspace throughout the National Airspace System (NAS).
Previous experience includes work from Southern California to NY, coupled with high performing facilities in the Midwest derived over the past 30 years. Prior to working in the UAS environment, Bill served in positions as Lead Investigator-audits and assessments, Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, Air Traffic Controller and United States Marine.
