By registering for this event you give consent for your picture/image to be used in marketing and promotion of the FAA Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Symposium via any medium. If you do not want your image used, email Debbie DesRoches at

Registration Confirmation

Your registration will be confirmed by email from within two business days. Please check your junk and/or spam email folder for confirmation prior to contacting AUVSI. If you do not receive an email confirmation within five business days of the date your registration was submitted, or you have other registration questions, contact Debbie DesRoches at or (571) 255-7789.

Cancellation Policy

  • 25% cancellation fee will be assessed on cancellations received by April 2, 2020
  • 50% cancellation fee will be assessed on cancellations received between April 3 - May 15, 2020.
  • 100% cancellation fee will be assessed on ALL CANCELLATIONS after May 16, 2020.
  • No refunds will be given for no-shows.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to Cancellations will not be accepted by phone or onsite. Cancellations will be acknowledged by email. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within two weeks, please contact Debbie DesRoches at (571) 255-7789 or by email at

If for any reason the FAA or AUVSI cancels or postpones the event, the FAA nor AUVSI are responsible for covering airfare or other travel costs incurred by the registrant.

Badges are nontransferable and subject to a $50 reprint fee.

Substitution Policy

Not able to attend the FAA UAS Symposium after registering? Substitutions will be allowed before a badge is picked up, so long as the replacement individual is from the same organization. Substitutions will not be made once the original registrant has attended any portion of the conference. The original registrant may make the substitution by emailing by Monday, June 8, 2020. Beginning Tuesday, June 9, 2020, all substitutions must be made onsite and require hard copy/written permission from the original registrant granting the substitution.

Badge swapping or sharing is NOT PERMITTED.

Professional Conduct

The FAA UAS Symposium is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. The FAA nor AUVSI will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at the FAA UAS Symposium. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the symposium.
